UK Standard Shipping - Currently Free

Selected Euro Countries Shipping - £5.50 

International Shipping - £8

Shipping times

Upon ordering an item we aim to ship the item within 2 days of receiving your order, all UK orders are shipped either 2nd Class Royal Mail or 1st Class Royal Mail and Europe + International orders are shipped Royal Mail International Standard 

Returns policy

We accept refunds within 14 days worth of purchase, Please email me at aron@friedcactusdc.com to receive details on how to return your item. Or click the contact link at the bottom of this page and fill the form out. We aim to fulfil your refund within 7 days of receiving your request.

FAQ

Why hasn't my parcel arrived?

Unfortunately approximately 1 in 50 of all our parcels are lost by the postal service. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 1 week (UK) and 3 weeks (Europe + Internationally) please contact us via email on aron@friedcactusdc.com and we will send a replacement parcel where possible. We produce limited run products so this sometimes won’t be possible but we will endeavour to find a suitable solution.

What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your item is faulty or damaged we will send you a new product free of charge. Please send proof of your faulty or damaged item to aron@friedcactusdc.com along with the order number you were provided with after payment.

Do you ship to my country?

We try our best to ship to any countries in the world if you are concerned we cannot ship to your country please email us at aron@friedcactusdc.com and I can confirm if we can or not
