YKK Project

I was approached by Sockeye in Portland USA to create a series of illustrations for YKK’s 2024 Sustainability Journal.

YKK is based in Japan and since it’s founding in 1934 by Tadao Yoshida, it’s main focus has been excellent quality product and finding new ways to create these products which have the least impact on the environment.

I drew inspiration from YKK’s heritage and details of their sustainability mission, provided by Sockeye. The illustrations were used to tell this story through out the journal.
